Caris Science, Inc is Hiring a Remote Associate Director, Program Management

Position Summary The primary purpose of the Associate Director, Program Management is to manage the activities of Caris’s product pipelines (eg: CDx, LDT) and partner with R&D, Ops, Regulatory, and Quality and provide operational support to the product lines to ensure continual operations to support this fast-growing Caris business. Job Responsibilities Involved in all aspects of the projects and will continually analyze and manage risks to enable successful project completion. Identify, resolve, or escalate issues and ensure product development or improvement efforts adhere to product development processes and design control standards. Responsibilities touch all aspects of the product development cycle including Design Controls, Design Inputs, Feasibility, Timelines, Design History Files, Risk Management, V&V and traceability, Clinical Trials and managing of regular program meetings and deliverable milestones. Work independently, handle multiple projects in parallel, and communicate with all levels of the organization. Communicate, document and archive project team activities and decisions. Act as a primary contact for project team related information. Facilitate project team meetings, cross-functional communication and decision making, ensuring alignment with internal and external stakeholders. Conducts proactive risk management: communication of needs, mitigation plans, and requirements relevant to internal/external stakeholders. Required Qualifications 5 years of work experience a program or project management role (with at least 2 years in IVD/NGS roles) Minimum of BS and/or MS in Molecular Biology, Genetics or Engineering. MBA or Ph.D. preferred Graduate Degree or advanced project management certification This candidate must be able to demonstrate a proven track record in managing a range of complex, high-impact projects simultaneously Proficiency in program/project management skills and principles, including scope, schedule, resource, and risk management Proficient with project management tools and applications, including Microsoft Office applications Strong presentation skills; highly effective at summarizing and presenting decision points and key considerations Conditions of Employment: Individual must successfully complete pre-employment process, which includes criminal background check, drug screening and reference verification.
